Returns and Refunds Policy
The Return & Exchange Policy only applies to purchases made through HQ orders, Dropship & NauraKasih's official Website only.
• Returns and Exchanges only for items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly from HQ.
• HQ will not be responsible for items purchased through unregistered Agents/Dropships. Please visit the official website, registered "Marketplace" and Dropship account for purchase.
• For the exchange of goods that have been sold such as the exchange of a different size, color or design HQ requires proof of purchase receipt. To continue the exchange process, the customer needs to return the sold item first so that HQ can continue the exchange process according to the customer's request.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
• Customers need to contact the HQ team first to inform them of any return/exchange matters before escalating
• Postage costs for returning damaged items will be borne by the customer. Except for the case of fault from the HQ.
